  • To renew in person in our office you will need your renewal form, two forms of payment, as well as a picture of yourself.

  • FAQ: Where can I get a picture taken for my CCDW application/renewal? In the Grant County area the local Walmart is able to take and print the pictures for a minimal fee. If you go to the photo lab and tell them you need a CCDW picture someone should be able to assist you.
